3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the accused in crime No.61/2017 have already been released on anticipatory bail in Cr.M.P.Nos.3012/2017 and 3026/2017 on 20.06.2017 by the Sessions Court, Madurai. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
