This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 06.09.2016.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed.
4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
