O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 08.03.2025 passed by the respondent, whereby the petitioner's online application seeking an electricity service connection was rejected on the ground that the petitioner had not submitted an encumbrance certificate for the subject property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that if the petitioner produces the required documents before the respondent, the petitioner's application will be considered in accordance with law.

4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the respondent along with all the required documents within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such documents, the respondent shall examine the said documents and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month thereafter. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
