ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.AAYIRAM K.SELVAKUMAR, ADDL.GOVT.PLEADER, for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to stay the execution of the decree dated 26.02.2004 in L.A.O.P. No.4 of 2004 on the file of the Sub Court, LA Tribunal, Virudhunagar.
