O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct enquiry and to file the final report/charge sheet in Crime No.360 of 2016 before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents on instruction would submit that if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed in Crime No.360 of 2016 and final report would be filed by the second respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.360 of 2016 and to file final report or closure report as the case may be, after due intimation to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
