Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 and the learned standing counsel appearing for R2.

In view of the attachment order passed on 30.08.2023 under Section 5 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 by the Assistant Director, Directorate of Enforcement, Chennai, the Writ Petition has become infructuous for the present. Remedies of the writ petitioner are left open. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
