ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 379 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, an enquiry was undertaken in C.No.1100/DCB, L&O/TRC/2021 and it was closed on 27.05.2022, since there was no response from the defacto complainant.
