ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking a direction to to transfer the investigation in Crime No.125/2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent to any other police station or any other investigation agency and further to conduct fair and transparent investigation under the supervision of the 2nd respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted the investigation in Crime No.125 of 2022 has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanad and the same was not taken on file so far.

3. Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this 2/4

petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu shall process the final report as per the rules.
