ORDER

The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation in Crime No.289 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.289 of 2020 was conducted and the same was closed as "further action dropped" and R.C.S notice was also served to the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
