Respondents in all Cases COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent in G.O. (D) No. 917 Health and Family Welfare (L1) Department dated 11.09.2014 and to quash the same so far as the computation of regular service rendered in the post of erstwhile Leprosy Inspector for awarding selection / Special Grade in the post of Health Inspector Grade - I and consequently direct the respondents to grant selection grade to the petitioner in the post of Health Inspector Grade I with effect from the date when it was due retrospectively.
