Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the petitioner in Na.Ka.4764/2018/No.1 dated 25.03.2019 of the 7th respondent and quash the same and further direct the respondents to pay the petitioner a sum of Rs.3,00,692/- with 12% interest from the date of discharge namely 24.01.2018 till payment.
