PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.7 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A.4, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 465, 466, 468, 471 and 420 IPC, in Crime No.7 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused, who is the power agent of one Ramakrishnan, executed a sale deed in favour of the daughter of the defacto complainant with the help of the petitioner and other accused and received Rs.15,78,000/- and after registration, the defacto complainant came to know that the patta is having some contradiction and the life certificate of the said Ramakrishnan is bogus one. Hence, the complaint. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that charge sheet has already been filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.55 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD).
