This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.495 of 2021 from the file of the Family Court, Trichy to the Family Court, Theni. 1/4

2.The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 01.06.2014, as per the Hindu Rites and Customs and out of wedlock, they have blessed with two children. Subsequently, due to some difference of opinion, the husband filed H.M.O.P.No.495 of 2021 before the Family Court, Trichy seeking divorce. Since the petitioner/wife is a resident of Theni, she filed this present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.495 of 2021 from the file of the Family Court, Trichy to the Family Court, Theni.

3.Today(01.07.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submits that it will be convenient for both the parties, if the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.495 of 2021 is transferred to Family Court, Madurai, which is a neutral venue. 4.In view of the submission made by either side counsel, this transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with a direction that the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.495 of 2021 on the file of the Family 2/4

Court, Trichy is withdrawn and ordered to be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. The learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy is directed to transmit the entire case records to the Family Court, Madurai forthwith and the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, who in turn shall dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
