Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.KARUPPASAMY PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SARAVANA KUMAR, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8613 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.751 of 2019, dated 04.10.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8613 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.751 of 2019 on 04.10.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
