To call for the records and set aside the judgment passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Palani in C.A.No.17 of 2018 dated 14.02.2019 confirming the conviction judgment passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Palani in C.C.No.166 of 2013 dated on 19.02.2018.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.KARUPPASAMY PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SARAVANA KUMAR, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8613 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.751 of 2019, dated 04.10.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8613 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.751 of 2019 on 04.10.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.3378 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) has no strong objection to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8613 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.751 of 2019 on 04.10.2019 is relaxed in toto.
