PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 16.07.2019 passed by the respondent vide his proceedings in Roc.No.9585/2018/V2 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with all service and monetary benefits to the petitioner. O R D E R

This writ petition is filed as against the order of suspension and the consequential order passed by the respondent in Roc.No.9585/2018/V2, dated 16.07.2019.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the impugned suspension order has been revoked and this petitioner is reinstated into service.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.
