O R D E R

This petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.237 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, as against the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record. 3.This Court find no merits in the grounds raised by the petitioner to quash the criminal proceedings against them. The grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Therefore, this Court is of the view that this criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed. However, since the petitioner is a college student, personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with, except the dates on which, the trial Judge insisted the petitioner to appear before the Court.
