PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 137/2019 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A10, who was arrested on 20.01.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c)r/w.20(b)(ii)(C) and 25,29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.137 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter came for hearing today the learned counsel for the petitioner without going into the merits of the case, prayed for a direction to be issued to the trial Court to dispose the case as expeditiously as possible.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition stands dismissed. However the considering the fact that the final report has been filed and taken cognizance in C.C.No.97 of 2020 and the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 20.01.2020, the trial Court is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
