ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner and residents of Nesavalar Colony, Madurai Road, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District Without following due process of law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 07.08.2020. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
