O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 3 to provide police protection for enjoying the land admeasuring Acre 19.26 in Survey No.22/3A at Udayathoor Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in S.No.22/3A at Udayathoor Village, Radhapuram Taluk, to an extent of 19.26 acres. While so, the private respondent no.4 causing threats to the petitioner and attempted to interfere with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment and thereby, he sent a representation dated 13.03.2025 for seeking police protection, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that the Page No. 2 of 4

representation of the petitioner is under consideration. They will complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within fifteen days.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider the representation of the petitioner and the 3rd respondent has also admitted the receipt of the representation and the same is under enquiry, it is for the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry without any delay. In view of the same, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders, after affording an opportunity to both the parties within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
