ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. It appears that the petitioner's grand father's name is found in the village accounts. The petitioner has given a representation dated 10.12.2023.

2. The third respondent shall conduct enquiry and pass appropriate order on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
