O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.632 of 2014 and to file charge sheet within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of two years from the date of registration of the case, the respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires four months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.632 of 2014.

investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.632 of 2014 before the Court concerned within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
