When the matter was taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) Submitted that since the defacto complainant did not appear before the respondent for enquiry for a long time, even after receipt of summons, they have closed the complaint given by the defacto complainant. He has also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.
