This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to adhere the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.305 of 2025 dated 14.02.2025 and to register a case.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.305 of 2025, an FIR in Crime NO.2 of 2025 was registered for the offence under Sections 354, 351, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act. Therefore, the order was complied with and the matter has become infructuous. 3.Since the respondent registered a case based on the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No.305 of 2025, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. It is for the respondent police to conduct proper investigation in accordance with law.

4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
