This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 755 days in paying the deficit Court fees of Rs.12,590/- in the above said appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the order passed in CMP(MD).No.4188 of 2021, dated 02.07.2021.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 755 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.12,590/- in the above appeal is condoned and accordingly, this petition is allowed.
