O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent and conduct Katta Panchayat in civil dispute. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint seeking police protection dated 21.08.2018 and an enquiry has been conducted in C.No.496/DCP/L&O/TRC/2018 and the same concluded that already there https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is a civil suit pending in O.S.No.1670 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Trichy and they reported that they will seek appropriate remedy before the Civil Court and recording the same, the second closed the petitioner seeking police protection. Further, it is seen that O.S.No.1670 of 2012 filed as against one Meenakshmi ammal, in which the third and fourth respondents are tenants.

4.Recording the same, this Court is of the view that the representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2018 has been considered and closed by the second respondent. Hence, this criminal original petition is closed.
