ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420 and 120(b) IPC and Section 5 of Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors [Financial Establishment] Act, 1997, in Crime No.2 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is not arrayed as accused as on date and hence, anticipatory bail would not arise.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation conducted by the respondent Police.
