This petition has been filed to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.120 of 2023 oon the file of the Family Court, Erode and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre. Report has also been received from the Mediation Centre stating that the matter has been settled. In view of the settlement, nothing survives in this case for further adjudication. The matter has become infructuous.

3.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
