Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in Proc.No.8396/HRD-1/2014 dated 06.07.2015 and consequential impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Proc.No.105/ATO/2015 dated 08.07.2015 and quash the same as illegal, malafide, discriminatory and against the enquiry and consequently to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue work in 3rd respondent office within stipulated time.
