ORDER :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 261 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition in CRP(MD)SR.No.23711 of 2019, challenging the order passed in IA.No.187 of 2013 in OS.No.424 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Pudukkottai.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 261 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition. This petition will be allowed on payment of cost of Rs.750/- to the Legal Services Authority attached to this Court, on or before 14.07.2021, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed. Call on 15.07.2021.
