This petition has been filed for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur, to dispose of the case pending in C.C.No.195 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the offences, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur to dispose of C.C.No.195/2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided, the petitioner cooperates with the trial by cross examining the witnesses on the day, they are examined in chief, without adopting any dilatory tactics.
