ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b) I.P.C and section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No. not known, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the 1st petitioner married the defacto complainant and there was no cordial relationship between them. Thereafter, the defacto complainant left the matrimonial home and in order to harass the petitioners, gave a false complaint .

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they are innocent. Hence, they have come up with this anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that compromise has been arrived at between the parties.
