ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to direct the second respondent to provide adequate Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner's life by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2023 and 28.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R. No.8 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both side parties appeared and gave a statement that they will resolve the issue between them before the Jamath.

3. On the basis of the above said undertaking given by the both sides, the above said representation was closed by the second respondent on 21.01.2023.

4. Since there was undertaking given by the petitioner himself before the concerned authority, nothing survives for further direction or consideration. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 29.03.2023 NCC :
