Respondents Prayer :- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide proceedings no. 713830500689/4019410/A2 Dairy no. PR220013758 order dated 22.10.2020 and 3rd respondent vide proceedings in File no. 189/WCE/RCD/511 dated 22.02.2022 and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st and 3rd respondents to sanctioning the family pension in favour of the petitioner.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 15/06/2023, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS No.57/2021, with in a period of four months, and the requisition letter dated 18/12/2023 in D.No.317 of 2023, submitted by the District Munsif, (FAC)Manamadurai, this Court made the following order: "The Plaintiff Packiam is aged out 80 years. The Counsel for the plaintiff submits that since the impleaded defendant is presently receiving pension, she wants to drag on the proceedings.

Though I granted six more months for disposal of the suit, I call upon the learned trial munsif not to seek any further extension of time. Since the palintiff is a senior citizen, trial should be concluded and the judgment also pronounced well before the extended time limit.
