O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioners. Hence, the presence of the petitioners is not at all required by the respondent Police. He further submitted that the respondent police did not harass the petitioners as alleged in the petition.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned

Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
