ORDER

The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 05.03.2024 before the respondents 1 to 3 seeking to conduct proper enquiry and take necessary action against the respondents 7 and 8, who have misappropriated the funds of Sri Ottudaiya Kaliamman Temple and filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents for early disposal of his representation on 05.03.2024.

2. Mr.P.Subba Raj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 and submits that the representation was made only on 05.03.2024 and they have contemplated an enquiry and they need some time to conclude the enquiry.

3. Considering the relief sought for in this writ petition and in view of the order to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 7 and 8 is dispensed with.

4. In view of submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to conclude the enquiry within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
