RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1600 of 2020 dated 10/02/2020 in connection with Cr.No.25 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Allinagaram Police Station, Theni District.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.UTHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court had earlier directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police at 7.00pm till the trial is over. Taking note of the difficulty expressed by the petitioner, the said condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every monday at 7.00pm.
