O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu seeking to produce the person or body of the petitioner's daughter, aged about 17 years, who has been alleged to be kidnapped by the third respondent, before this court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.203 of 2024 came to be registered on 08.03.2024 under 'girl missing'. During the course of investigation, the child was secured and produced before the Child Welfare Committee, Trichirappalli and the Child Welfare Committee after conducting an enquiry has handed over the custody of the child to the petitioner. Pursuant to the

orders of the Child Welfare Committee, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
