ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.It appears that at the instance of the sixth respondent, an adverse order has been passed by the second respondent. The petitioner wants the same to be reviewed. He has given application in this regard. I wanted the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner cite the provision under which the petition has been filed. 2/4

3.When once the second respondent has passed an order, he will become functus officio. The adverse order has to be challenged by the petitioner either in writ jurisdiction or before the jurisdictional civil Court. A direction to consider one's petition or representation can be given only if there is a legal right. There is no legal right to seek review of the order already passed in this case.
