3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: "each of the petitioners is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) each towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court."
