PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 299 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/ sole accused seeking bail for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 182, 192, 209, 211, 327, 330,323,342, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC in C.C.No.299 of 2012.

3. The petitioner is facing trail in C.C.No.299 of 2012. Since she failed to attend the Court Non Bailable Warrant was issued. Subsequently she got involved in another case and private complaint has been lodged against her and in that she was detained on 08.03.2020. Subsequently Non Bailable Warrant was also executed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail in subsequent case and the petitioner herein was regularly appearing and now she is in prison https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.6772 of 2020 for the earlier case.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that C.C.No.299 of 2012 is pending for a long time for appearance of this petitioner and the petitioner was secured with much difficulty and if the petitioner is released on bail, it will derail the trial.

6. I find force in the submission. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
