This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioners. He would further submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners.
