This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records in I.A. No.147 of 2011 in IDOP No.266 of 2010 on the file of the learned District judge, kanyakumari Division at Nagercoil and set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 11.08.2016.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Thiruvadi kumar Advocate for the Petitioner this Court made the following order:

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though this Court had directed effecting substituted service on the respondent, he has received instructions from the learned counsel on record before the Court below that the IDOP No.266/2010 has already been dismissed as early as on 25.10.2018 on account of non payment of interim alimony. Therefore, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
