ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents to reckoning the petitioner's 50% of temporary service period rendered by her at the office of the second respondent for computing the length of service to grant pensionary benefits to her in terms of G.O.Ms.No.408 dated 25.08.2009, Finance (Pension) Department by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2023.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is simply directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2023 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
