ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.11.2016, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 302 and 506(ii) of IPC., in Crime No. 99 of 2016, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioners are nothing to do with the alleged offence and the respondent police has completed the investigation and going to file the charge sheet.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is the sole accused in this case and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.11.2016, on the date of occurrence itself and he is in custody. The mother-in-law of the deceased has given a complaint in this case, in which it is stated that the petitioner herein is having illicit intimacy with the daughter-in-law of the defacto complainant and he has murdered the deceased by cutting her neck with knife and the investigation is still pending.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the alleged overt act of the petitioner during occurrence and also gravity of the charge against the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

herein, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
