O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant dated 21.02.2017 issued in Cr.M.P.No.205 of 2016 in M.C.No. 17 of 2015 on the file of the Family Judge Madurai, against the 2nd respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the second respondent is absconding and that the warrant will be returned within one week.
3. In view of the said submission this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:
"The first respondent is directed to return the warrant as proposed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioner to take appropriate steps in the manner known to law."
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
