This petition is filed to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the above Writ Appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the 4th respondent. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection for condoning the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 60 days, however, on payment of costs. 4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to 2/3
