Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 and A2 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 379 (NP) and 506(ii) of I.P.C read with Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.126 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the goats belongs to the petitioner grassed in the garden of the defacto complainant and when the same was questioned, the petitioners abused the defacto complainant with filthy language and beaten with hands and threatened with dire consequences and during the said quarrel, the sacred thread of the defacto complainant was found missing. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has no way connected with the alleged offence.
4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the investigation is pending.

serious allegation that the petitioner snatched 10 sovereign gold chain from the defacto complainant and three sovereign from her daughter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
