ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent police to expedite the filing of charge sheet in Crime No.11 of 2016 within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation was completed and the matter was referred as "Mistake of Fact".

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate to the effect that the case was referred as "Mistake of Fact", this petition is dismissed. The respondent police is directed to furnish the copy of the referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner, if the petitioner is not already served and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
