3. The petitioner herein is one of the co- accused in a case where nearly 80 women were victimized using Information Technology. Case has been transferred to CBCID for investigation.

4. Considering the gravity of offence and its ramification through out the state, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
