Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.ANTONY S.PRABHAHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3784 of 2021 dated 15.03.2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was unable to arrange sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
